How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Standard UK delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging. We'll confirm receipt of your return within two working days, and process your refund within five working days after that.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that they move into picking and we can no longer make changes. Contact us right away and we'll do our best.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we ship to mainland UK only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands may have extended delivery times. International shipping is planned for the future.
